cheap flights to/from/inside Myanmar

roughly what kind of prices would you be talking about if you wanted to fly between the main destinations within Burma: Bagan, Yangon, Mandalay...

and does anyone know of an airline that does reasonably priced flights from Mandalay to Bangkok?

its just i read in Lonely Planet (not the gospel, i know!) that flights do arrive at Mandalay airport from Chang Mai

can anyone verify this? and what airline flies there?

Stopped some time ago and when running they were weekly,high season.
