i will be in yangoon for 2 months soon i am very fond of yoga and silat does anybody know of any good teachers

Not in Burma,there we just do for feshion,

cause of we do meditation that is great better than Yoga,

and Can you share me meaning of...Silat..?

There are a couple of classes a week being held here run by an expat lady, Australian I think.

There are several classes a week that are being held at Traders Hotel, I can%26#39;t tell you what days %26amp; time they are but Im sure if you swing by there once you%26#39;re here reception will tell you all you need to know. The teacher is a 30yr old lady called Ma Hnin Moe Aye.

I think maybe you%26#39;ll have less luck finiding Silat classes here.

Yes, they hold classes at Traders Hotel. For pilate, contact american club here. Silat is well known in indonesia %26amp; malaysia only. Have fun.
