Local guide in Mandalay

Anyone know of a local guide in Mandalay? Ideally with own transport. They%26#39;ll need to speak English. We%26#39;ll be there in mid-February. Thanks

Local guide in Mandalay

We were in Mandalay mid January. We hired the services of a driver who spoke good English, drove a good car (many cars in Mandalay are really old and rusting in some parts), had good safe driving skills, and a pleasant personality. Although he was hired as a driver to take us to Mingunm Saigan, Anarapura, and around Mandalay, he spent time explaining things to us and stopping to show us sights that we did not know existed.

He also recommended two local places to us (for lunch and for dinner), and the food at these two places were good and inexpensive and CLEAN.

I know him because of my guests from England and state,all are meditators and i travel with his car.

and i am from Monywa and i am also meditator.and some time cell phone is difficult to call,
