I still haven%26#39;t booked my Yangon-Bagan, Bagan-Mandalay and Mandalay-Yangon flights yet. I have been in talk with a few Yangon-based travel agencies for inquiry and most of them wanted me to wire the money to some private bank accounts in Thailand. I have decided I%26#39;m just going to chance it and arrange everything when I get to Yangon.

Now that Air Mandalay started flying again, hopefully there would be more flight options and availability for us independent travellers.

My hotel in Yangon/Ngapali are, as usual, arranging my flights and as they can sometimes be changed at the last minute I will probably not know which airline/exact times until a couple of days before.

It always,however,seems to work!
