Yes, if you rent taxi and go early morning . Driving hours take about 5 to 6 hrs . So if you go at 4 am in the morning, you will reach there around 10 am. Then , visist and return around 2 pm and back to Yangon around 7 to 8 pm.

The price , I am not sure, but you may have to pay around 120 usd.

One of the taxi said to me that you can get with USD 75 , day return without aircondition car. He have only without aircondition, so I don%26#39;t know yet for the car with aircond.
